MISSION STATEMENT:  It is the mission of the Davidson Law Firm to provide our clients with honest, straight forward, dependable and personal legal representation.  Our clients are not just another file on the shelf or number on a case list.  I firmly believe that everyone’s legal needs are important and understand the impact that legal issues can have on your life.  Our fee’s are reasonable and we make every effort to be good stewards of your money and not incur fees and costs unnecessarily.  We offer evening and weekend appointments as well as internet conferencing via Skype or FaceTime for your convenience.  We strive to answer our telephones twenty-four hours a day and/or to return all voice messages and e-mails within twenty-four hours.  The Davidson Law Firm wants to be your legal counsel and to assist you with all your legal needs.  Every legal need is serious and when you find yourself needing a serious advocate who will zealously represent your interests then please call the Davidson Law Firm.

Brian Davidson graduated as an Honors Student from Russellville High School in 1991.  A 1995 graduate from the University of North Alabama, Brian was an active member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Student Government Association serving as a Senator and Vice President as well as numerous other academic and social organizations on campus.  Brian then earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1998 from the Birmingham School of Law and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1999.  Brian is licensed to practice in all State courts in Alabama and in the Northern and Middle United States Distict Courts.  Brian has had several legal articles published by the Birmingham Bar Association Bulletin.  Brian is also an active member of the Shelby County Bar Association and currently serves the Shelby County Bar Association as Treasurer.

C. Brian Davidson

Brian’s legal practice has had a focus on Workers’ Compensation, wrongful termination and Social Security Disability cases.  He has written numerous law journal articles and given lectures upon the subjects.  Brian also has experience with a broad range of general personal injury cases including accidents, wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, insurance fraud, and defective products.  Firefighter’s who suffer from occupational heart disease or have a heart attack due to their employment are a special concern for Brian who represents many of these heros.  Since relocating his offices to his hometown of Helena, Brian has expanded his legal services to general practice areas such as wills, divorces, corporations and criminal cases.

Brian has been married to Kim for fifteen years, has two sons and has lived in Helena, Alabama for since 1998.  Brian is an active member of Helena United Methodist Church.  Brian is also a volunteer leader in the Boy Scouts of America leading youth and adults at Pack 532 and Troop 532 as well as organizing Shelby District and Greater Alabama Council events, and numerous adult leader training classes.  Brian is currently the Scoutmaster of Troop 532.  Brian is also an active member and has served on the Board of Directors for the Helena Professional and Business Association, the Buck Creek Festival committee, and the  Helena Kiwanis Club.
